When you are looking for an office cleaning company, more than likely they will make a bid that you'll have to accept or reject. If you are unfamiliar with this process, you might be unsure of what an office cleaning bid is or how it works, so let's address that here.
Essentially, an office cleaning company's bid is the amount they are willing to do the work for. Before making a bid, we tour the facilities to get an idea of what exactly the job will entail.
Factors we'll look at include:
*Square footage of the office or space that needs to be cleaned
* What specific tasks will need to be done
* How much time the job will take
* How often the area will need to be cleaned
Once we have this information, we can determine what our bid amount should be. This is the amount we want to be paid per week or month.
If you have several different office cleaning companies bidding on the job, you will want to wait to accept or reject the bid until you get bids from everyone. In our next post, we'll discuss how to choose between multiple bids.
